We got the chance to do a feature with the lovely Korin Nolan who inspires women to move through her creative take on Power Pilates.

1. WHO IS KORIN NOLAN?
A mum of three (my youngest is 3 months old and my oldest is 21!) A wife and a business owner. Still trying to figure it all out. (life that is!)
2. WHAT IS YOUR LIFE MOTTO?
If you want something bad enough, eventually you’ll get it. Never give up.
3. WHAT ARE YOU EXTRA CURIOUS ABOUT RIGHT NOW?
Fasting. I went to an event at the weekend and there was a talk on the topic and how it can be incredibly good for the health.
4. WHAT IS A BEAUTIFUL BODY TO YOU?
Making the most of your OWN body and giving it the opportunity to be the best it can be, with nourishing food and smart movement.
5. WHAT IS PILATES TO YOU?
My go-to-feel-good workout. There’s no other form of exercise, in my option that you come away from feeling, de-stressed, fully stretched, elongated, happy and also like you’ve had your ass kicked at the same time!
6. WHAT IS THE PERFECT PILATES OUTFIT?
Something that flatters, supports and is super stylish.
7. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE PILATES MOVES?
There are so many. But you cannot beat a spine curl. I also LOVE doing the snake on the reformer, but I have to wait a while to do it as I’ve just had a baby.
8. IN YOUR OPINION, WHY IS PILATES SUCH A GOOD WORKOUT?
It’s such a smart way of working out. It can dramatically change your body, rid you of aches and pains, help prevent injuries, make you strong, lean and super fit AND it’s low impact so it won’t wreck your joints.
9. WHAT CAN ONE EXPECT WHEN JOINING YOUR STUDIO?
To get addicted.

Feeling and being mentally and physically strong.
