1. WHO IS LOUISE NABSETH?
I’m an energetic, positive woman who works as an Investment Manager at a Private Equity firm. I love to travel and try new things!
2. WHAT IS BALANCE TO YOU?
To me, it is the importance of achieving balance between structure (which is important with a busy schedule) and being open for spontaneity (for instance to be able to embrace everything one can do in a big city).
3. WHAT DOES A PERFECT DAY LOOK LIKE?
A perfect day starts off pretty calm at home, followed by a workout, which helps me feel energized and on top of my game all day. I’ll then enjoy an efficient day at work with many interesting meetings and ending with something social and fun in the evening with my loved ones.
4. WHAT IS STRENGTH TO YOU?
Strength is to dare setting high goals and work hard in order to (hopefully) achieve them.
5. WHAT IS YOUR LIFE MOTTO?
Never forget how widely capable you are and better an “oops” than a “what if”.
6. WHY DO YOU LIKE TO TRAIN PILATES?
I like to train Pilates as I find it to enhance my strength, motion of movement, flexibility and it complements the rest of my training (mostly running).
7. WHAT PROBLEM DOES PEBBLES PILATES BODY PIECE SOLVE?
It is flattering and very comfortable! Nice workout clothes make it more inspiring to get the workout done.
