We have teamed up with Pilates Instructor, Micki Havard. In this video Micki is presenting how to do variations of a push up.

Micki is the founder of the Online Pilates studio MickiPhit and the creator of PilatesPHIT. She is inviting you into Pilates with an athletic edge.

What kind of Pilates exercises can I expect in this workout?

Micki is introducing variations of a push up. You can do all of them, or find the variation most suitable for you, depending on where your body and mind is at. A push up is a full body workout and should be done with body and mind connection and control. In this workout, remember to use the sixth basic principles within Pilates, centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow. Enjoy!

1. Full Push Up
2. Push Up on Your Knees
3. Push Up on Your Knees with Isometric Hold
4. Full Push Up with Isometric Hold
5. Full Push up on Your Elbows
